I started working with Lisa several months ago for help with bloating & flatulence, irregular bowel function, feeling generally sluggish, and having inflammation with recurrent bouts of perioral dermatitis on my face.

I opted for the monthly appointment package, supported by initial blood and stool tests to equip Lisa with the data to focus our sessions. I love Lisa's approach to nutrition - it is both scientific and holistic. She asks lots of questions that really got me thinking about my symptoms and diet & lifestyle. Lisa was brilliant at listening to the finer details of my life and working with me to build a strong gut health and offered invaluable advice about helpful foods and natural supplements. I'm pleased to say that after 4/5 months not only has my dairy intolerance cleared up but my overall health has dramatically improved and I've dropped a lot of weight. About 2/3 dress sizes.
