How it works
Complimentary call
I like to have a chat with my potential clients so that I can get a solid understanding of your needs. We are all unique and by offering personalised nutrition, I am able to help you discover the best version of yourself. Once I know your health goals, I am able to help you decide which of my packages will be best for you.
Welcome pack
Once you have made the decision to work with me and booked your package, you will be sent a welcome pack. This includes a questionnaire which will cover your current health concerns, symptoms, treatment, medical and family history, lifestyle, use of medication, supplementation and diet. I will also ask you to complete a 5-day diet diary - both need to be returned 24 hours prior to our meeting, together with any previous medical/health test results.
Initial appointment
This will last 75 minutes, allowing us time to discuss the answers you have provided on your questionnaire and gives us an opportunity to dig deeper and explore not only the symptoms, but also the underlying cause of what has brought you to see me.
We will work together to create individualised wellness goals enabling you to incorporate realistic changes into your life. The plan will be personalised and based around dietary and lifestyle modifications. Supplements may be recommended to help support the body whilst it is adapting to the changes. I may also suggest some non-invasive laboratory testing which can show what’s driving your symptoms. Both supplements and laboratory testing are an additional cost and not included in the price of the package.
Follow-up appointments
These sessions are more regular (depending on your package) and give us the chance to check in and make any necessary changes. With regular support and encouragement it will help to keep you motivated and accountable. As we are all unique, the time it may take to achieve our goals depends on each individual’s health, wellbeing and lifestyle demands. Making change is easier for some and not so easy for others.
