Keto Bread Rolls
I love these rolls! They combine the perfect ingredients to keep those blood sugar levels balanced and to stop that horrible blood sugar rollercoaster.
Dry Ingredients:
3/4 cup almond flower (tightly packed)
2 tbsps psyllium husk powder
1 tsp baking powder (bicarbonate soda)
1 tsp black sesame seeds
1 tsp white sesame seeds
2 tsps sunflower seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Wet Ingredients:
1 egg
2 egg whites
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsps of melted coconut oil, ghee or butter
4 tbsps boiling water
Instructions:
Preheat over to 180C/350F.
In a bowl mix dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well.
Slowly pour in boiling water and continue mixing. The dough will be quite thick and expand as it absorbs the water.
Divide the dough into five and form 5 balls with your hands.
Place the balls on parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes.
Let them cool slightly before eating.
