Hello, I’m Lisa.

I am a registered nutritional therapist and health coach. I specialise in helping women feel like the best version of themselves so they can navigate the menopause with ease and take back control of their bodies and minds.

Menopausal symptoms can have a massive impact on your quality of life. You know you are not eating any more but you are gaining weight around the middle, all your joints are aching, your motivation is on the floor and your memory is not what it used to be. You are not alone - I see you and hear you!

I was put into surgical menopause in my mid-forties and it took me a while to understand and come to terms with all the changes that I was going through. I was fortunate and knew where I could find help and support and therefore able to take greater control of my own health and well being. But, I know and appreciate how lonely this experience could have been for me.

My purpose is to educate, guide and support you so you don’t feel alone, bewildered and battered by this hormonal storm. With guidance, I will help you understand what is going on and how you can use food as medicine and make some simple lifestyle changes that will help you feel energised, motivated and will allow you to take back control and become the best version of yourself.

What is unique about my approach is I also coach and motivate my clients to follow their plan, keeping them accountable for what they’re up to. When you work with me, it’s YOUR plan not mine. I just help you have a breakthrough in what matters to you most.
